Halloween Theme Cake Smash | Jamie's First Birthday Photoshoot

We had a spook-tacular time celebrating baby Jamie’s first birthday with a fun and festive Halloween-themed cake smash at Yinelias Photography in Missouri City, TX!

Jamie was full of personality and charm from the moment she arrived. She gave us so many big, joyful smiles throughout the session, and her full head of beautiful hair made her look even more picture-perfect! She wore a fluffy purple tutu, a sweet black lace top, and the most adorable kitty headband with floral details — the perfect outfit for her Halloween-inspired celebration.

Our color palette for the session included purple, black, pink, and white, creating a bold and girly Halloween vibe. The studio setup featured fun seasonal props and, of course, a gorgeous custom cake designed just for smashing.

And Jamie? She definitely understood the assignment — she smashed the entire cake like a pro! Frosting was everywhere — her hands, face, tutu, even her toes — and she had the best time doing it. It was messy, magical, and absolutely perfect.
